Concasse USA (“Concasse”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and B2B customer portal, through which business customers browse our catalog, request quotes, and place and track purchase orders.
This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled. The short version: we collect only what we need to serve your account and fulfill your orders, and we never sell your information to anyone.
Account information — your name, business email address, phone number, the company you work for, and your role on the account (for example, whether you can place orders for your company).
Order and fulfillment information — billing and shipping addresses, purchase order details, order history, and delivery preferences needed to process, pick, pack, ship, and invoice your orders.
Quote and support requests — the company, contact, and product details you send us when requesting a quote or contacting our team.
Technical information — the cookies required to keep you signed in to the portal, and basic logs (such as time of access) needed to keep the service secure and working.
We use the information above for one purpose: operating your account and fulfilling your orders. Concretely, that means processing and shipping purchase orders, preparing quotes you request, sending order-related emails (such as order and shipping confirmations), managing your company’s users and pricing, and providing customer support.
We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles from your order data.
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal or company information to anyone, for any reason.
We share information only with the service providers required to fulfill your orders and run the portal: shipping carriers (to deliver your orders), our payment and invoicing providers (to process payment), and our hosting and database providers (to store the data securely on our behalf). These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Concasse USA and its customers.
We keep account and order records for as long as your company has an active account with us, and afterwards as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
Access to your information is restricted to the Concasse staff who need it to serve your account, and portal data is protected by per-account access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
You can review and update your account details in the portal, or ask us to correct, export, or delete your information by contacting us. Account administrators at your company can also manage which of your colleagues have access.
